" VISALIA - Arthur Thomas Baldwin, a supervisor for SouthernCalifornia Edison for 45 years, died here Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999. Hewas 95.
Mr. Baldwin was born in Hancock, N.Y. He lived in Laguna Hills priorto moving to Visalia, where he lived for 12 years.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Mineral King Lodge 720, and ofthe Scottish Rite in Santa Ana.
He is survived by nephews, Jim Hayes of Visalia and Russell Taylor ofBakersfield and nieces, Maggie Hayes of Visalia and Mindy Taylor ofBakersfield.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Baldwin, and a daughter,Pat Baldwin.
Private family services have been held.
Arrangements are under the direction of Myers Funeral Services."
