Trentadue Fred Trentadue, 81, of the 700 block of Wentworth Drive,died Tuesday, July 6, 2004, at his home. Born in Bluefield, WestVirginia, Mr. Trentadue was the son of the late Vito and Bertha WorleyTrentadue. He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II. Mr.Trentadue was a member of American Legion Post #359 and V.F.W. Post#7138 in Norwalk, California. He was also a member of the Long Beach,California Masonic Lodge. Mr. Trentadue is survived by his daughter,Linda Herrera; and husband, Rodney of Chesapeake; his brother, ThomasTrentadue of Damascus, Virgi nia; two sisters, Dorothy Carter andhusband Bertie of Meadowview, Virginia and Helen Sue Trentadue ofAbingdon, Virginia; three grandchildren, Cindy VanAuken and husbandBob of Chesapeake, Virginia; Raymond Herrera and wife Andrea ofArlington, Virginia and Martin Herrera and wife Cindy of Fullerton,California; and two great grandchildren, Heather and Matthew Herreraof Fullerton. The Funeral will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday,July 10, 2004, at Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, Great Bridge Chapel,653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, Virginia. The family will receive friendsfrom 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial withmilitary honors will be on Friday, August 27, 2004, in QuanticoNational Cemetery, Triangle, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, the familyrequests that memorial donations be made to the Salvation Army,A.R.C., 5524 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
