Barbara Lee Foster

The funeral for Barbara Lee Foster will be at 1 p.m. today at RogueValley Christian Church. Pastor Dale Meador of Bear Creek Church willofficiate. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.

Ms. Foster, 66, of Medford, died Saturday (Nov. 25, 2000) atNorthridge Center.

She was born Jan. 1, 1934, in Medford, a daughter of Gracie and VirgilSwanson.

Ms. Foster worked for US West for 17 years, retiring in 1996. Shelived in the Rogue Valley all her life.

She played the piano, and enjoyed watching Lawrence Welk with her auntCora, and listening to music with her cousin and caregiver, BetteEppinger.

Survivors include two sons, Robert D. Johnson, Medford, and Randy W.Johnson, Milwaukie; a daughter, Kathy Spano, Medford; and sixgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband, RonaldJohnson.
