(Bet 1618 and 1619 - 1699)
Unless otherwise noted, all information on this and the subsequent twogenerations, down to Mary Rush, who married John Crow, is from thebook Captain Peter Rush of Pa., and his descendants. Images atancestry.com.
Pg. 3 states:

A John Rush married in London 8-19-1610 Eliza Johnson, may have beenfather of the emigrant. (This data from an Outline Pedigree of theRush Family by Dr. Benjamin Rush, in his own handwriting.)
Captain John Rush married Sussannah Lucas, at Horton, Oxfordshire,6-8-1648. Was a Quaker in 1660. Came to Pa., 1683 and settled inByberry 13 miles from Philadelphia (now inside that city). In 1691 heand his whole family became Keithians. In 1697 they became Baptist. Hedied at Byberry 1699 aged 80. In 1683 he followed William Penn toAmerica, with six sons and three daughters." He then lists tenchildren and says that It is stated that the only son of the CaptainJohn Rush who lived beyond thirty years was William and the only sonsleaving issue were William and John.
The person who wrote this book must have been descended from William,because there is only minimal information on John's children.
