Births for some of the children are said to be later than the migration date, but still in Pennsylvania, so either dates or migration dates are off - unless he bought land in NC and didn't move wife and family there until later.
Same man? "Abstracts of Land Entries: Rowan County, NC Dec. 1778-Feb. 1795" by Dr. A. B. Pruitt, has entry No. "2654. Sept. 17, 1783 Frederick Miller entrs 60 ac in Rowan Co on waters of Brushey fork of Abbots Cr; border: Alexander Rosenbum, Adam Harmon, Jacob Houk, & his own land."
Same book has entry No. "3127. [date omitted] Alexander Rosenbum enters 600 ac in Rowan Co on waters of Brushey fork; border: Adam Harmon, George Loughanour, Frederick Miller, Philip Fox, & his own line; includes his own improvement."
Also on pg. 87 of the book, "page 213; No. 3257. May 5, 1791 Henry Davis enters 100 ac in Rowan Co on watrs of Brushey fork of Abbots Cr; border: Wintle Hinkle, Alexander Rosenbum, Adam Harmon, & Robert Dyal."
