Muscoe Livingston Shackelford
(12 Jan 1865 - 14 May 1931)
Mr Shackelford, a graduate of the University of Virginia, came to Fremont in 1891 as principal of the high school, and later resumed the practice of law. He was elected City Solicitor on the democratic ticket in 1896 for two terms and served on the city council for two years.
