Jay's body was found hidden in the home of Edwin BROWN(45) of Duarte, MO. Brown had befriended Jay, who had let Brown stay at his Azusa, CA home. Jay was last seen 1 Dec 95 when he had reported for work at a Target Department store. Brown is charged and will stand trial for the murder of Jay(See Ref:R1189).
