Individual Details
Thomas FULLER
(4 Jul 1691 - 14 Aug 1766)
KEYS: d
There resided in Boxford, MA a Thomas Fuller, Sr and a Thomas Fuller, Jr 1696 but is too early for these Thomas'(See Ref:R3320:v36p58).
As defined in the will Thomas, his eldist son is "Thomas", fourth son is "David" and youngest son is "Jonathan". Elizabeth is identified as "Elizabeth Breeden" and Abigail is identifeid as "Abigail Boler"(See Ref:R3570).
Not confirmed to be the son of Elisah and Elizabeth. Elisah and Elizabeth do have a son Thomas but is he this Thomas?
Thomas is likely to be the suiter of Abigail Gustin (Intentions 1714). An Abigail Gustin also married Nedemiah ROYCE 14 Mar 1739. If these are the same Abigail, either she didn't marry Thomas or she left/divorced Thomas and remarried Nedemiah. If this latter is the case, Thomas and Abigail were married long enough to have had all these children. However, the marriage to Nedemiah does not show Abigail as "Mrs" Fuller or as a divorced woman.
This Thomas is clearly the grandfather of Daniel Fuller (b 1761 Lynn, MA) in that Adam Hawkes, son of Hannah (Preast) Hawkes (second wife of this Thomas Fuller), would then be an Uncle to Daniel as claimed in Daniel's military pension claim(See Ref:R1925).
It may be important to note that no Lynn records show any of these children as being born in Lynn(See Ref:R1602)(See Ref:R1749).
Who is this Thomas FULLER? Possibles include:
Thomas the son of Joseph and Susanna, 2d w., 05Apr1720 Salem, MA. Not possible...his dau Elizabeth was married in 1740(See Ref:R0384)(See Ref:R3081). I.e., Thomas would be only 20 years old when his daughter gets married.
Thomas the son of William and Sarah bp 11May1729 Ipswich, MA. Not likely..this Thomas died 17Sep1736(See Ref:R1798).
Thomas the son of Nathaniel and Mary 29May1715 Ipswich, MA. No, again this Thomas would be only 25 when his daughter married in 1740.
Thomas the son of Joseph and Mary, 6 Apr 1692 Ipswich, MA. No, he died young.
Thomas the son of Elisha and Elizabeth, 4 Jul 1691 Lynn, MA. The only remaining possibility.
