I have been unable to find any data about this person but I speculate that this is Preston Wright Shannon (see this person in this tree). Here are the reasons I think these two people might be the same:
- Similarity of names.
- Both lived in Morgan, TN.
- There is a break in the offspring of Preston and Charlotte that would allow for Ollie to be born. Also there is the similarity of Ollie and possible step-brother Oliver.
Problems with this are:
- Preston was married to Charlotte McCartt in 1878 and there is no evidence that he ever left her or remarried. So the marriage of W Rightly to Amanda Jones would have happened when he was still married to Charlotte.
- Amanda was 23 years younger than Preston.
- Similarity of names.
- Both lived in Morgan, TN.
