The key piece of evidence for this person is in the 1920 census. The Beane's are too old to be her parents and Florence Beane isn't her mother either. The place of birth for Evelyn's parents are both Virginia, not Maine like the rest of the family. The California Death Index lists "Stryker" as one of the parents' surnames and the Canton Repository reports that Calvin Anthony is Evelyn's sister. Only if Jessie Stryker is her mother does everything fit.
