Robert Gray and his Wife Emma Core purchased the Ruben lavender house (current address 4093 State route 257 Radnor Ohio 43066) about 1920 from The Utz family. They sold the House and farm to Clayton Robinson who pased it to his son Cecil. Cecil sold the house and 5 acres to Joe and Sue Ann Preston in 1976.
