Her son Jesse Tucker died at age 4., , Dicey was born March 24, 1832. Some people have added Rachel Ann Perkins Smith as her older sister but that would not be possible if you look at the birthday of Rachel Ann Smith (October 15, 1931.) There are only approx. 5 months between the two birthdays(Rachel's and Dicey's,) which would mean that Dicey was only 5 MONTHS Gestation when she was born. In other words, she would have been a 20-week old Preemie and she wouldn't have lived. I do not believe that Rachel Ann Perkins is Dicey's sister..
