Her obituary has her buried in the Frasure Cemetery, but there is a shared headstone with her husband, Oits, in this cemetery. Later note: I can take a guess at the confusion about Prater cemetery versus the Frasure cemetery (regarding Katie Baily Prater burial site). My mom's branch of Praters in Floyd county are buried at the top of the hill on land that was owned by Dan Prater, b 1878. One of his daughters, Eva Prater, married a man named Earl Frasure, and I believe they lived at the foot of that hill. So in a sense, it may be also referred to as Frasure cemetery, although it is almost all Prater interments. (Great grandson, Dan Skidmore) -- from the Find-A-Grave listing.Obituary
