Her Texas Death Certificate #864 lists her death on March 2, 1928 (There is a penciled date notation on the death certificate in the upper left corner showing March 6, 1928) and her birth August 3, 1851 in KY. The death certificate was very poorly prepared. Many misspellings and incomplete. Texas Dept. of Records has her name listed as "Tibha Bell Self."
