Roger Edmonds was a lawyer in Hagerstown, Maryland in 1906. Before turning to law, Roger taught school and was principal at the Antietam Grammar School. In 1905 he was appointed auditor for Washington County, Maryland by Judge M. L. Keedy. On page 996 Williams spelled Roger Edmonds' name "Edmunds."
