David Binkley
(15 Jan 1769 - 5 Nov 1845)
David Binkley was orphaned early in life. Nonetheless, he mastered the millwright's trade and built a large number of mills. He was a leader of the Reformed Mennonite Church. In 1799 he bought the farm now known as the Binkley homestead between Millersville and Safe Harbor on the Little Conestoga.
