Jacob Harsh

According to Elizabeth "Betsy" (Newcomer) Payette, tradition held that Jacob Harsh and a daughter were killed by Indians. No proof of such.
Jacob Harsh was a private in the 6th Maryland Regiment during the Revolutionary War. The 6th Regiment was called the "Flying Camp."
He may have been buried on a farm esst of Conococheague Creek, near Wilsons, Washington County, Maryland. This information was listed by Elizabeth "Betsy" (Newcomer) Payette udner his wife's information. Not clear if it applied to Jacob as well.
