Daniel W. Foltz

Daniel Foltz was a farmer and an investor. He own shares in the Boonsboro Bank, the First National Bank of Hagerstown and in the Herald Publishing Company of Hagerstown, Maryland. In 1885 he was elected as a Republican to the Washington County Commission. He also served on the Boonsboro Board of Commissioners. Daniel Foltz and Lydia Thoms had two children who died as infants. I do not have the infants' names. In addition, they had twins born 10 January 1876 who died.
