Thomas Albert Poffenberger

Thomas Poffenberger was an attorney in Hagerstown, Maryland in 1906. Thomas served as chairman of the Democratic State Central Committee of Washington County from 1896 to 1898. From 1899 to 1903, he served as State's Attorney for Washington County, Maryland. He was a presidential elector in 1900.
