Peter Bricker Senior
(Abt 1700 - Jan 1761)
Peter Bricker, Sr. landed in Philadelphia 21 September 1732 aboard the Pink Plaisance. He settled on 250 acres in Cocalico, Pennsylvania in 1732. Peter added three tracts of land over the years--acquiring 156, 153 and 404-acre farms. In 1759 Peter and Elisabeth, his wife, built a sandstone home that still stands a South Cocalico Road and Shenk's Mill Road.
According to "Find A Grave," Peter's parents were Peter Bruegger and Margaretha Roesti, not Jacob Bricker and Catherine Mylin, as others have asserted.
