Michael Kreider bought 200 acres in 31 May 1734, and another 200 acres on 3 June 1734. In the later, he built a stone house in 1739 that still stands and is surrounded today by the Hershey Heritage Village apartments at 1330 Wabank Road, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
