Jacob "Lancaster" Nissley Senior

Jacob Nissley came to America in 1717. He was naturalized 14 February 1729/1730. He obtained a patent for 101 a cres in present-day Granveiw Heights in Lancaster City on 3 June 1747, and added 150 adjoining acres across New Holland Avenue, obtained from his father-in-law, Heinrich Funk.

Jacob Nissley died in what was then Chester County, but is now Lancaster County. He died intestate in either Lancaster Boro or Manheim. Jacob's property was inventoried 9 November 1749.Burial
