Benton "Bert" De Vore

Benton "Bert" De Vore acted in vaudeville in New York City and with the film studio RKO. Bert acted with Mack Sennett in 1917 and 1924. He later became an agent and a stage manager. In 1926 he delivered a greeting from the mayor of Philadelphia to President Herbert Hoover at the White House, dressed as William Tell.
