Peter Seibert Davis Reverend

Peter Davis was a minister in the Reformed Church. He graduated from Mercersburg Theological Seminary and from Princeton with a Doctor of Divinity degree. Before his death he edited the Reformed Church Messenger. A book he had prepared, but not yet published, was burned along with his household goods in Chambersburg, Franklin, Pennsylvania by the confederate Cavalry.
