Individual Details

Roy Hoover was "of Waynesboro," Pennsylvania. He probably is descended from Roy J. D. Hoover who was born in 1878 the son of Daniel Hoover, Jr. and Elizabeth Newcomer. Both of the Roys lived in Waynesboro, but I cannot prove a link, nor whether the relation is son or grandson. The dates that I have would allow either relationship.
