Other sources list Abraham Eby as unmarried, but Denise Lahr thinks those reports confuse this Abraham with another born in 1769, or about 10 before this Abraham Eby. He lived in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania. He never had children.

Birth
One source listed Abraham Eby's birth year as "about 1769," but several census reports listing of his age place his birth "around 1778." If it is 1778, his mother would have been between forty-seven and fifty-one years old at his birth. A will listing the children placed Abraham after Joseph and before Elizabeth.
