Tyler Marshall Craig Junior

Tyler Craig, Jr. was a technical sergeant & radio operator/gunner in the 71st Bomber Squadron, 38th Bomber Group, Heavy during World War II. He was on a strike mission when anti-aircraft fire down the plane in the sea about ten miles off Takao, Formosa. Tyler, and the entire crew, were declared "missing in action." Tyler Craig, Jr. was awarded the Air Medal and the Purple Heart.
