James Nathaniel Roberts

James Roberts joined the US Army in February 1941. He was serving in the coastal artilllery on Corregidor at the start of World War II. Through most of the war, James was a prisoner of war, first in the Phillipines and later in Japan.
After the war, James Roberts worked as a carpenter and janitor in Denver, Colorado, before retiring to Vernal, Utah to be close to his brother, Chester Roberts. James never married.
