David L. Bowman

David Bowman was a farmer and, later, a blacksmith. He supplied the Confederate Army during the Civil War. In 1875, David moved from Virginia to Iowa, and in 1896, to North Dakota. Finally, he relocated to Oregon. David Bowman belonged to the German Baptist Brethren faith.
