Calvert Clingenpeel graduated from George Washington University. After many years with Government Employees Financial Corporation, he opened a printing business in the Denver, Colorado area. When employed with GEICO he work in their Frankfurt, Germany office before transferring to the Denver office. He was their assistant vice president of GEICO subsidiary Operations Government Employees Corporation.
