Jospeh Winger Draper

Jospeh Draper was an agricultural implement dealer in Hagerstown, Maryland. He served as a Democrat on the Washington County Board of Commissioners. His birth home was on the Mason & Dixon Line dividing Maryland and Pennsylvania. The line actually ran through the middle of the home. In 1903 he was elected a Democratic member of Washington County Commission. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
