David SEIBERT

David Seibert served in the Maryland House of Delegates and in the Maryland Senate. He also served as a trustee of Maryland Agricultural College. Besides farming, he was a director of the People's National Bank of Hagerstown and of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. He was a member of the St. Paul's Reformed Church at Clearspring, Maryland.
