Joseph Clinton Roulette

Joseph Roulette began as a clerk in M. L. Byers' drugstore in Hagerstown, MD. From clerk he advanced to partner. Next, he opened a grocery business. In 1888 he and William H. Albaugh established R A Knitting Mills. After several shifts in partners, the firm became J. C. Roulette & Compay in 1896. In 1903 the name was altered to J. C. Roulette & Sons.
