Individual Details

Conrad Betz fought in the Revolutionary War, probably as a Hessian soldier fighting for King George according to Dianne Jones, and received a severe wound. Seemingly in contradiction of his Hessian soldier status, another source, but I cannot remember which, state Conrad or his ancestors immigrated to America from Germany about 1756. Donald Clyngenpeel listed Conrad Betz as Magaret's grandfather.
