Henry H. Hess

Henry Hess was a miller on Pequea Creek near White Horse, until he formed a partnership that sold real estate in New York City. Later, he moved to Atlantic City, New Jersey. There he owned the wheeled chair franchise on the Boardwalk. His apartment was also on the Boardwalk near Steel Pier.
