Harry Keller Startzman

In 1901 Harry K. Startzman was elected a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He was appointed the postmaster of Hagerstown, Maryland in 1903. In addition, he farmed and was a coal merchant. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Hagerstown. He also owned stock in the Hagerstown Herald.
