Christian Charles and Fanny Forrey hid fugitive slaves in their attic on Habecker Church Road in Manor, Pennsylvania, according to family lore. Christian was retried from farming and living in Manor, Pennsylvania in 1903. He also had some connection to Millersville, Pennsylvania.
