Mary Graybill's parents were given as Solomon Graybill (1774-1850) and Catherine Cline (1777-1848) according to James Denlinger in April 1999, Pennsylvania Mennonite Heritage. Then, in an email in 2008, James Denlinger gave Henry Graybill and Sarah Crumpacker.

Birth
Mary Graybill was born on 26 February 1818, according to James Denlinger. I believe this is in error. First, Denlinger gave an unlikely death date, thus leading me to believe he mixed up both Mary's birth and death dates. Second, the 1829 date for her birth works better with her marriage date of 1854 and the birth dates of her ten children. However, the 1818 date does work better with Mary's mother's birth year of 1777. On balance, I have chosen to use the 1829 date.Death
Mary Graybill is listed as dying in July 1855 by James Denlinger, but I believe that to be incorrect. Charels Ikenburry and W. Lewis Eikenberry state on page 358 that Mary and William Bowman "reared a large family..." This would not have been possible if Mary died in 1855.Endnotes
