Sandy and Tim enjoy snowmobiling, fishing, hunting. They bought a cabin on the St. Croix Flowage near Solon Springs in 1996. The lake is 1900 acres and full of fish. They are also into bird watching and feeding at their home in Somerset where Colton and Hayden attend school. Colton has been involved in T-ball and wrestling. They are members of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Somerset and are also involved in two wildlife chapters, "Pheasants Forever" and "Rocky Mt. Elk Foundation", and belong to the Bristol Ridge Golf Course in Somerset.
