Osborn.I hereby certify, that I believe the facts stated in the above license to be true, and that upon due inquiry there appears to be no impediment to the marriage of said William S Osborne and Miss Maud Lovell, that said parties were joined in marriage by me the 3rd day of October AD 1897 at Cloverdale in said County and State. That R S Markell a resident of Cloverdale, county of Sonoma, State of California, and Frank Lovell, a resident of Covelo, County of Mendocino, State of California were present as witnesses of said ceremony.
