Individual Details
Francis Breuer "Frank" Weber
(9 Mar 1897 - 27 May 1965)
Francis and Alma helped take care of his niece, Marion Duval, after the death of her mother. Marion remembers going to Alma when ever she needed first aid of some kind, such as when she flew over the handle bars of her bicycle on a bumpy road and scrapped her knees. Another accident Alma took care of was when Marion was sewing on her mother's old treadle machine and ran the needle into her finger. After running over to her aunts house, Alma pulled the needle out with a pair of pliers. After her father's death, Marion stayed with them for a year until she started college.
Francis's daughter Marie worked for her dad as a hygienist. Marion remembers going to his dentist office and having cousin Marie clean her teeth.

Dr. Weber opened his Sunnyvale office in 1924 to become the third dentist in the then-little town's history. He operated his practice until 1950, when he joined the staff of Agnews State Hospital in San Jose. He worked at the hospital until his retirement in 1962.

His other memberships included the California dental and physicians associations, and the Alumni Association of the University of Pacific.
Dr. Weber moved to Sunnyvale shortly after graduating from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in San Francisco, now the University of Pacific College of Dentistry.
He resided for many years at 501 South Sunnyvale Ave., Sunnyvale, until moving to the Weber Ranch on Purrisma Road in Los Altos Hills in 1946.
In 1952 Dr. Weber moved to Santa Clara, where he resided until his death at 631 Hilmar St. He was a resident of Santa Clara County for 41 years and of California for 61 years. He was a native of Missoula, Mont.
