Death
Monticello Express July 24, 1941Edzards Funeral Held Saturday
Funeral services were held at Loder's chapel, Anamosa, Tuesday for John Henry Edzards, who died Saturday. The Rev. F. H. Kehren, pastor of the Wayne Zion Lutheran church, officiated and burial was in Wayne cemetery.
Mr. Edzards was born in Germany, April 20, 1873. Surviving are his sister, Mrs. Margaret Hults, Olin, with whom he made his home for many years; a sister and a brother in Germany; two nephews, Edward Hults, Amber, and Raymond Olin; four nieces, Minnie Danneman, Amber, Margaret Neunaber, Mary Hults and Helen Hults, Olin.
