Thomas Alderman Jr.
(11 Jan 1683 - 15 Aug 1715)
Thomas, Jr. went to Long Island, and later to Cohansey, N. J. His son Daniel was the progenitor of the southern branch of the Alderman family. The late Hon. Edwin A. Alderman, a former president of the University of Virginia, was perhaps the outstanding representative of this branch.
