Divorce
In the Heeren divorce suit published last week, Karen Kay Heeren was awarded the divorce from Glen A. Heeren on a counter petition.The divorce suit of Glenn A. Heeren vs. Karen K. Heeren was modified to permit the plaintiff to remarry anytime after Nov. 5.
Death
GLEN A. HEERENMONTICELLO - Funeral services for Glen Albert Heeren, 31,were held Saturday, March 6, at 2p.m. at St. John's Lutheran church, rural Monticello. Interment was in Oakwood cemetery.The Rev. C. C. Gutekunst officiated at the services. Military honors at the graveside were given by the Monticello Drill Team. Mr. Heeren died March 3 at University hospitals, Iowa City, where he had been a patient since a construction accident Dec. 17,1970. He was born at Monticello March 7, 1939, the son of Albert and Louella Aman Heeren. He graduated from Monticello high school in 1957 and served two years in the United States Army. He was married to Mildred Brokaw Nov. 19, 1965. They made their home near Center Jet. Mr. Heeren is survived by his wife; four children, Cindy,J Steven, David and Penny Jo; his parents;
