Peter Weber, of St. Paul, a brother of Anton Weber of Pike Creek, is in a critical condition in a hospital at St. Paul, the result of a "practical" joke by a milkman who pulled Mr. Weber's chair out from under him as he was about to sit down. Mr. Weber is a heavy man, and the fall injured his spine. He went into convulsions, and was unconscious for several hours.
