Anderson County, KentuckyLast Will and Testament of William A. Hawkins
I, William A. Hawkins, of Anderson County, Kentucky, being in possession of all my faculties, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all that I have previously made.
First - Immediately after my death, or as soon as practicable, I wish all of my debts and funeral expenses paid.
Second - I hereby will and bequeath to my sister, Mrs. Lillie W. Lyen, all the residue of my property of every kind whatever, both real and personal.
Third - I hereby appoint and constitute the said Mrs. Lillie W. Lyen my executrix and desire that she may qualify and serve without bond.
Given under my hand this the 9th day of November 1915.

I, J. H. Cook, clerk of the Anderson Count6y Court certify that at its March term, held March 20, 1916, the foregoing writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William A. Hawkins, deceased, was produced in court and was proven by the oath of J. M. B. Birdwhistell, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who also proved the signature and presence of J. B. Waterfill, the other witness.
