Joseph Bell, a Baptist minister, Isaac Brigg, George Butler, Jacob White, Peter Dewitt, Sanford Close, Elisha Hudson, Jerre Jackson, Allen Persinger, Jonathan Reddick, Harvey Phinney, Lawkers, Howells and others were early settlers in Bainbridge (65).
