Alexander Grady Senr. lives, beg. in the Race Path Branch Henry Grady's corner, to a pine his other corner a little E of the road leading from Sarecta to White Hall, near the 8 mile post, joining George F. Korngay's corner, A. Grady Junr.'s corner in Poke Island, to Fredk. Grady Senr.'s corner, to a gum F. Grady's (Neuse) corner, to his other corner in the Tar Kiln Branch, joining Jas. Grady's line, reserving the entire use of the land to sd. Alexander Grady Senr. & his wife Anne druing their natural life & the entire use of the same after their deaths to John T. Grady & his wife Eunice during their natural lifetime, at the end of which the sd. Alexander H. Grady is to be poss. of & seized of a little in fee simple to the sd. premises.
