Samuel Jones, Solomon Jones, only excepting 1/3 part of the same, incl. the house & planta. where sd. widow Mary Jones, relict of Anthony Jones dec'd now lives during her natural life, & afterwards to sd. John Jones.
Wit: B. Kornegay, Solomon Jones. Joseph Whitefield & Basil Kornegay, Justices of Duplin Co., privately examined Barbara Price, who gave her consent with her husband of her own free will & accord & without any obligation of her husband to assign sd. deed to John Jones. Oct. Ct. 1809.
(In the 1800 census Nathaniel Price is listed on the same page as Anthony Jones and Thomas Barfield. Anthony Jones Will shows his heirs to include Barbary Jones, it appears she is the one who married Nathaniel Price in 1809)
