Martin H. Webb’s son, Martin W. Webb, married the sister of Larkin Skaggs (Phoebe) from Brownsville. Pheby and Martin W joined several of the Skaggs family in the move out west to Cass County Mo. with other members of the Skaggs family. Webb became a lawyer. Martin W became a lawyer fought in the Civil War and died at an early age. Brother-in-law Larkin was killed in a raid in Lawrence Mo.
